Export List Of Users From Windows Servers
Step 1: Open Computer Management
Open Computer Management using a command, you can use the compmgmt.msc command. Here are the steps to open Computer Management using the command prompt:
- Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type cmd and press Enter to open the command prompt.
- In the command prompt, type compmgmt.msc and press Enter.
This will open the Computer Management console, which provides various management tools for system administration, including device management, disk management, user management, and more.
You should see the below window in step 2.
Step 2: Navigate to Users
Expand Local Users and Groups and right-click on Users.

Step 3: Export User List
Click on Export List.

Step 4: Specify Name and Format
Choose the desired name and format for the exported user list.
